A shared space.
Clear commitments.
A draft for a creative community of cosplayers, makers, streamers, artists and fans. This early preview is publicly accessible and is not an active on-chain DAO.
Keep the work yours.
Submitting a profile or entry does not transfer ownership of your work. Any campaign, licence, appearance or commission requires a separate agreement defining payment, credit and permitted use.
Make participation a choice.
People can explore the community without buying an asset. No purchases, referrals or trading activity improve competition scores, verification outcomes or access to a fair review. The initial profile pilot is limited to adults.
Give every reward a real foundation.
Confirm funding, fulfilment responsibility, capacity and published terms before opening a competition or benefit. A recorded budget is a planning commitment, not proof of cash held. The website does not hold or transfer prize money.
Be clear about the relationship.
Paid creators, judges and sponsors disclose relevant relationships. A research reference is not a member, partner or endorsement. Nobody may announce a creator’s involvement without their agreement.
Let people know what their vote does.
The current voting feature records advisory preferences. It does not execute treasury transfers or blockchain transactions. Each signed-in account has one editable ballot per proposal; this is not proof of one unique person. An operator response should explain what happens next.
Keep authority visible.
The operator currently manages reviews, programme settings and fulfilment records. Real decentralised governance requires identified powers, independent participants, tested voting rules and a declared execution process before it can be claimed. There is no founder trading programme in this build.
Respect the person behind the persona.
Use stage names where appropriate. Keep private contact and review details in the organiser workspace. Ask before publishing a profile. Withdrawn publication consent removes the profile from the community directory. Do not submit identity documents or banking details.
Make room for a fair response.
Publish judging criteria, reviewer conflicts and an appeal contact before opening entries. Feedback should address the work. Harassment, impersonation and retaliatory reviews are not acceptable. Disputes need human review rather than popularity contests.
Give the craft real appreciation.
Nomi XP are non-transferable participation points with no cash value or promised token conversion. A completed profile earns 100 XP once per account. A daily check-in earns 10 XP once per UTC day. The first five eligible unique likes on other creators’ published photos or videos each UTC day earn 1 XP each. The first qualifying comment or Lounge reply on someone else’s work earns 3 XP per UTC day: at least 30 characters with varied text, with one shared reward across albums and the Lounge. Self-replies do not earn this reward. Repeat likes on a previously rewarded photo never earn again. No purchase is required. Automated farming, multiple-account abuse and coordinated fake engagement are not allowed.
Share with everyone’s permission.
Photo and video albums require rights, credits and consent from every adult depicted before submission. Clips must be finalized H.264 MP4 files, up to 60 seconds and 20 MB each. Drafts stay private and submitted albums are reviewed before publication. Editing a published album removes it from the gallery until the revision is reviewed. Report a concern or block a creator from the member area.
Keep mature work in its own space.
The 18+ gallery is disabled by default and requires a separate adult declaration and opt-in. This pilot permits suggestive, non-explicit cosplay; nudity, explicit sexual material, sexualised minors and intimate images without consent are prohibited. Mature images are withheld from the main feed and from direct image requests without the saved opt-in. Self-declaration is not verified age assurance.
Enter with your wallet.
A persona can use an original avatar from the studio or an uploaded photo. Signing in with Phantom or MetaMask verifies control of a Solana address through a signed message. A registered persona is required to view member photos and videos. Additional linked wallets can access the same persona; add a backup before removing your last sign-in wallet. The public wallet-linked badge is not proof of legal identity, verified age or a token entitlement. The sign-in wallet association remains private. A linked wallet explicitly selected for creator payouts is visible to buyers and on-chain. Avatar artwork is not issued as an NFT by this website.
Make conversation useful.
Approved public personas can start Lounge conversations and reply. New topics are limited to three per UTC day. Replies and album comments share a limit of one every 15 seconds and 30 per 24 hours. Respectful participation is expected; reporting and blocking apply to conversations as well as the gallery.
Make payment terms clear.
Creators choose a verified payout wallet and consent to its visibility in on-chain payments. Checkout is not available yet. Payment options and terms must be published before purchases open. The server checks finalized transfers before granting access. Passes have explicit renewal, and refunds require a separate creator-authorized return payment. Orders and receipts have reconciliation retention requirements. Nomi XP do not buy paid access.
Keep an exit open.
Members can withdraw public visibility, archive albums and export their own data. Self-service profile deletion is temporarily unavailable; see Help & support for current contact options. The operating entity must publish a contact and a definite retention schedule before public membership opens.
Make token updates optional.
Members may choose to receive token project updates inside the Circle and can turn them off at any time. This choice does not purchase or reserve a token, guarantee an allocation or establish that a launch has been approved.
Before public membership opens, publish the operating entity, contact, privacy and retention policy, event-specific terms and appeal process, and implement member-specific access controls. The preview is publicly accessible, but these preparations are incomplete and it is not ready for a general launch.
